Executive Safety Services ("we", "us") is based at Unit 3 Hillwood House, Cnr Carlisle Street and Industry Road, Paarden Eiland, Cape Town, 7405. We respect your privacy and follow the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

2. What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us when you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email. This may include:

• Your name and company name
• Your phone number and email address
• Details about the service or equipment you need

Our website host may also keep basic technical logs, such as your IP address and browser type, for security.

3. How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, give quotes, book services, keep records of work done and meet our legal duties. We do not sell your information.

4. Who we share it with

We only share information when needed to do the work, such as with our service providers, or when the law requires it. Your messages also pass through the services you use to contact us, such as WhatsApp and email.

5. Outside services on this site

This site loads fonts from Google and links to Google Maps and WhatsApp. These services may collect basic data under their own privacy policies.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the reasons above, or for as long as the law requires.

7. Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

8. Your rights
